Key Responsibilities

Serve consumers with the ultimate Nike store experience across store zones and consumer needs, maintaining brand trust and loyalty.

Assist customers in discovering products that motivate their performance, guiding them to gear that elevates their performance.

Fuel the day’s momentum, maintain product knowledge, honor details, keep the store sharp, hit goals, and move with purpose.

Build connection by showing up for consumers and teammates, sharing the energy of sport, knowledge, and creating a space where everyone feels seen and supported.

Bring integrity to every moment, meet elevated standards, communicate honestly, and model reliability in every interaction.

Qualifications
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.

Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Must be at least 18 (U.S.)

Compensation and Benefits
The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.
