Your Role
As a full‑time Customer Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in one of our retail locations. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Utilize your love for technology to generate retail sales and expand the Verizon network.

Engage customers by discovering their needs and crafting meaningful connections through insightful questions.

Provide tailored product recommendations to ensure customers receive comprehensive solutions.

Close sales effectively through excellent communication skills, addressing customer requirements with user‑friendly tech solutions.

Enhance your skills through continuous training and operational development in areas such as merchandising and inventory management.

Expand your customer base by reaching out to current Verizon customers through calls and text messages.

Participate in community events to foster customer loyalty and broaden your reach beyond the store.

We are looking for ambitious individuals immediately! This is a unique entry‑level retail career that offers substantial earning potential. With a base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour and the opportunity to earn up to $18,000 annually in commissions, top performers can potentially reach earnings of $65,000 to $75,500+ including commissions. Your income may vary based on geography, hours worked, and performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least one year of relevant work or military experience.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a schedule provided four weeks in advance.

Willingness to work additional shifts to maximize earnings during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a commission‑based environment.

Demonstrated sales experience in providing customer solutions.

Strong customer service experience.
