Position Responsibilities

Design and develop learning programs, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides and job aides.

Take complex topics and transform them into easy to understand learning experiences for learners located all over the world.

Collaborate in the creation of learning material during the development of learning programs for learners.

Manage learning projects, while collaborating with team members and subject matter experts.

Identify and incorporate innovative practices for project management improvements and learning experiences design processes.

Collaborate in maintaining and reviewing existing learning programs and recommend specific processes, tools and methodologies to address business priorities.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $120,500/year to $163,000/year.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Science or a related field, and two years of experience in the job offered, or as an Instructional Designer, or another related occupation.

Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):

Using instruction design theory and tools including Articulate 360, Rise or Vyond.

Designing training content to include eLearning courses, instructor‑led materials, job aids, system simulations and multimedia products.

Using eLearning authoring tools to build learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics and images, and text‑based content.
