Job Description
The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, and other duties as needed. The role requires working well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions may vary by location based on client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Support brand visibility and engagement through digital channels and visual design.

Create visually compelling assets for digital, print, and environmental use including social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, signage, and internal communications.

Maintain and evolve brand standards to ensure visual consistency.

Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and design campaigns, events, and initiatives that bring our brand to life.

Develop templates and branded tools to streamline content creation for internal partners.

Assist with photography, video, and motion graphics needs as applicable.

Assist with marketing events and promotions from coordination to execution.

Design and manage content for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.

Collaborate on content strategy and assist with copywriting, layout, and scheduling.

May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events.

Place orders for marketing supplies, signage and packaging needs.

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand activations.

Manage multiple design requests and timelines, prioritizing projects based on business goals.

Support event marketing with signage, digital screens, and promotional materials.

Organize marketing supplies in storage.

Assist with administrative work such as project coordination, scheduling meetings on Google Calendar, formulating meeting notes, and maintaining a filing system on Google Drive.

Qualifications

Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize work with tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, and Canva.

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
