Partner with procurement and vendors to ensure product availabilitySupervisory Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities:Manage direct reports and agency/external relationshipsDeep knowledge of working on websites with ERPs and understanding efficient technical and business solutionsAccountable for determining and meeting or exceeding budget plans for supplies websiteDeveloping and executing all ecommerce-related marketing calendar activity, collaborating with marketing and operations to execute marketing strategies for ecommerce cohesive with company objectives.Analyze all KPIs to make informed decisions on business, including, customer journeys, shopping metrics, and product mixMonitor website performance for suggested improvements including managing budget and timelines through successful implementationOversee execution of routine site maintenance including new item creation, pricing/promos, and content refreshesGatekeeper of site taxonomy and attributes, ensuring an optimized customer experience and data integrity for reportingConsistently review the website with an analytical eye to suggest site improvements to grow the business.Project manage any site enhancements, determining & developing work, as the key internal point person with outside partner for successful implementationKey point person for successful internal & customer adoption.Deep knowledge of working on Magento platforms integrated to ERPs and understanding efficient technical and business solutionsSuggest site improvements and partner in managing budget, being a key player in working through the projects to completionRequired Skills/Abilities:Magento 2.0 experienceStrong knowledge of Google AnalyticsPower user of ExcelAbility to manage both internal and external resourcesAbility to build and develop relationships with all levels within the organizationEducation/Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree along with 7+years of e-commerce management experienceProject Management experience within ERP environmentsBuying and inventory management experience in home/hard goods, gifting or floral supplies, a plusExperience analyzing KPIs
