The Role

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

In this critical role, you will spearhead the sales and expansion of our Real World Data (RWD) capabilities, particularly NorstellaLinQ, to high‑value accounts in the life sciences sector. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in sales and business development, an extensive understanding of RWD applications, and the ability to drive client adoption of NorstellaLinQ.

As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will comprehend their intricate needs and provide solutions through our RWD offerings to enhance their business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Lead the sales efforts for Norstella's comprehensive RWD products, including our flagship NorstellaLinQ.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within targeted accounts, collaborating with stakeholders to showcase Norstella's solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long‑term relationships with senior executives, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and engagement with our offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and developments to uphold Norstella's leadership in RWD.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align with client needs and guide product development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in strategic sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the life sciences or healthcare data sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of real world data applications, data analytics, and insights within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven success in a quota‑carrying sales role, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify complex client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for clear and persuasive engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25% - 50% for in‑person meetings and presentations.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $190,000, with offers influenced by various factors such as experience, education, and market conditions. Alongside a competitive benefits package, top candidates will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
