A dynamic and rapidly expanding company specializing in eCommerce solutions is looking for a seasoned Sr. Brand Manager with a proven track record in digital strategy. This role is pivotal in driving marketplace growth for brand partners, acting as the primary liaison and strategic lead. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies while ensuring optimal performance and growth for partners. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with expertise in eCommerce platforms, marketing, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for brand partners, aligning on goals and objectives.
- Strategic Growth: Develop data-informed plans to drive sales growth, product optimization, and marketplace expansion.
- P&L Management: Oversee partner financial performance, aligning strategies with profit and growth targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operational teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and streamline project workflows.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic improvements.
- Project Oversight: Manage cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand management experience, with a focus on marketplace expansion.
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive eCommerce strategies for major brands.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
