Candidates must be U.S. citizens and willing to undergo background investigation. Active Intelligence Community, Top Secret (SCI/SSBI), and DOD/DHS clearances are preferred. Positions requiring TS/SCI clearance require passing a Counter‑Intelligence polygraph.
Positions
Cyber Security / Information Assurance (IA) Functional Specialist / Special Advisor
Occupation: Provide expertise, guidance, and thought leadership in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Cyber Warfare, Cloud Computing, Policy, Planning, Analysis, Training, Communications, Design, and Management.
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized consultation, facilitate client interactions, ensure quality in development and lifecycle delivery, validate compliance via test and measurement, lead quality assurance activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–10 years of experience varying by level; knowledge of IT security tools, methodologies, and industry standards; required DOD 8570.01‑M certification (Level II/III or technical/mgmt as appropriate) within 90 days of hire. Preference for those with prior security clearance.
Tools: Desktop and server computing, testing equipment, networking assets.
Program Manager
Accountable for overseeing all aspects of program execution, including scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality, in alignment with government client objectives.
Responsibilities: Stakeholder management, resource planning, department coordination, technical support, and variance management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience leading program or project teams, strong communication and leadership skills.
Business Process Manager
Role: Lead the design and automation of business processes and software solutions, ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Analyze user needs, develop system specifications, collaborate with developers and users, manage project workflows.
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Six Sigma or similar methodologies, and experience in business process improvement.
Configuration Manager
Role: Maintain configuration management database, oversee change tracking, document control, and audit processes for IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities: Baseline configuration, change control, CMDB updates, technical documentation management, and quality assurance of web assets.
Qualifications: Experience with CMDB tools, auditing, and configuration management processes; knowledge of IT systems and security.
Data Architect
Role: Lead technical strategy and design of database structures, metadata, and data models; advise on best practices and integration.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain data architecture, develop policies, ensure consistency with corporate data standards, evaluate performance and scalability.
Qualifications: Deep knowledge of database design, metadata management, and data integration; proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools.
Information Assurance (IA) Engineer
Role: Plan and implement security controls, evaluate risks, conduct penetration testing, and maintain security policies across the client’s systems.
Responsibilities: Develop enforcement plans, coordinate security reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide advisory support to CIO projects.
Qualifications: Background in cybersecurity, risk assessment, and secure system design; strong analytical and communication skills.
Employment Terms
Locations: Chantilly or Springfield, VA; or St. Louis, MO. Positions are long‑term, permanent roles with minimal travel, though periodic international travel may be required. Salary is negotiated based on qualifications and customer agreement.
