Compensation

$150,000 – $220,000 • Equity • $12,500 – $55,000 Bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity program.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for both our signature, well recognized OpusClip and our next breakout product, Agent Opus. You will shape the narrative of generational AI products, champion PMFs and turn launches into sustained momentum.

Responsibilities

Own positioning, messaging, and the core brand narrative that clearly differentiates us and resonates with the broad audiences tired of AI model fatigue and lookalike AI video apps.

Pilot and find winning product launch patterns or campaigns that convert attention into product usage. Plus build the playbooks that turn these experiments into repeatable motions.

Act as the customer advocate, bring a build-for-virality mindset, and partner closely with the Product team to shape features and validate use cases that spread across our core ICPs and fuel PLG.

Run social distribution to grow our presence through product showcases and community led content, and empower our top tier brand partners network with our Creator Partnerships team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing roles or content marketing for PLG. Tech startup experience preferred.

You have a track record of successfully launching products, or building audiences for yourself or for high-growth brands. (Please include your social media links or your portfolio link if any).

You are a great storyteller and an exceptionally strong writer.

You have exceptional taste in video content and you have an eye for detail across both marketing and product.

You thrive in 0->1 stage’s ambiguity and chaos, and never hesitate to step outside defined scopes to drive real impact.
