The Opportunity
As a
Regional Sales Representative , you’ll own and grow your territory by building strong partnerships across the sports community while representing a brand that truly lives the game.
What You’ll Do
Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Mountain West territory
Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners
Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizations
Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)
Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events
Track market trends and competitor activity
Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records
What You Bring
Outside sales experience preferred
Experience in athletics is preferred
Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently
High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking
Willingness to travel frequently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
