Headquartered in Kent, Washington, we're building the future of sportsand we want you on the team.The OpportunityAs a B2B Territory Sales Representative in our team sports division, you'll own and grow your territory, selling Baden equipment to clubs, high schools, and team dealers. You'll build strong partnerships across the sports community while representing a brand that truly lives the game. This position reports to the Northwest Regional Manager.What You'll DoGrow sales of Baden brand products and presence across the Upper Mountain West territoryBuild lasting relationships with sporting goods dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partnersDevelop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizationsTravel throughout the territory (23 trips per month, seasonally driven)Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner eventsTrack market trends and competitor activitySubmit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead recordsWhat You BringOutside sporting good sales experience preferredExperience in athletics is preferredStrong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)Excellent organization and time-management abilitiesSelf-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independentlyHigh energy, motivated, and comfortable multitaskingWillingness to travel frequentlyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBenefits & PerksCompetitive compensation401(k) with company matchHealth and dental insurancePaid vacationA team-first culture driven by passion for sportsJoin Baden Sports and help inspire playeverywhere the game is played.
