For our new manufacturing plant in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Entering and processing sales orders into our ERP system (SAP)

Updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce)

Answering heavy volume (at times) of “customer request” phone calls and emails

Managing assigned territory and effectively building relationships with customer accounts

Provide superior internal account management support to the outside Regional Sales Manager in assigned territory

Managing blanket and special tool orders

Processing RMA’s (Return’s)

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Helping in the shipping department on heavy volume days

Communicating and coordinating with co‑workers as part of a small sales and service team

Work closely with Production, Marketing, Shipping, and Sales, most of whom are outside the office and USA

Continuously learn and expand knowledge of our product line

Ability to accurately communicate all technical specifications and provide “basic” technical support to customers

Your profile

3 years minimum related customer service in a manufacturing company experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi‑task in fast paced team environment

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with co‑workers and customers

Self‑starter with a solid ability to manage work and customers with minimal supervision

Strong computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Products

Familiarity with an ERP system – prior SAP Systems experience a plus

Comfortable with web‑based applications such as Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce

A leader willing to take initiative and assist and follow through on tasks

A team player willing to help with the small office “extra” work that may fall outside of the regular job responsibilities.
