The Role
As a Sales Manager, you generate revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, booking businesses, and supporting hotel sales strategies. You focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach to help the hotel meet and exceed revenue goals.

What You Will Be Doing

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach

Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships

Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings

Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients

Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution

Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting

Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications
What Makes You You

Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven

Ability to build strong client relationships

Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business

Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Valid driver’s license required
