We are looking for a high-impact India Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing strategy across the Indian market. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth by developing localized marketing strategies that resonate with Indian consumers and business audiences.
You will act as the voice of the Indian market within the global marketing team, partnering closely with sales, product, and regional leadership to accelerate growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Market Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for India aligned with global objectives
Develop localized go-to-market plans for product launches, campaigns, and promotions
Identify key customer segments, regional nuances, and growth opportunities
Demand Generation & Growth
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships)
Partner closely with Sales to support lead generation, enablement, and account-based initiatives
Optimize marketing funnels using data, experimentation, and performance insights
Brand & Positioning
Strengthen brand presence and consistency across all India-facing channels
Localize global messaging to reflect cultural, linguistic, and market-specific insights
Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, social, email, and website localization strategies
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets effectively and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with global marketing, product, and regional stakeholders
Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners in India
Serve as the India market expert internally, sharing insights and recommendations
WHAT YOU BRING
7–10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with significant experience in the Indian market
Proven track record of driving growth, demand generation, or brand scale in India
Strong understanding of India’s digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regional diversity
Experience working with global teams and adapting global strategies locally
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions
Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, consumer internet, or high-growth companies
Prior ownership of regional or country-level marketing strategy
Experience managing agencies or leading small teams
MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
