Social Media and Marketing Manager - $25-30/hr - Part-time

Creative Construction Solutions (CCS) is seeking a creative, organized, and results‑driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our company’s marketing efforts across digital platforms. This role is responsible for managing CCS’s social media presence, creating engaging content, strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow CCS’s social media platforms

Create and schedule engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions

Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/comments professionally

Coordinate branding and messaging across all marketing channelsAssist with website updates

Track analytics and measure campaign performance

Capture project photos/videos and highlight completed work

Support lead generation and customer engagement efforts

Maintain a consistent and professional brand image

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns

Creative and self‑motivated

Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through digital channels

Familiar with social media trends and marketing best practices

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Experience with content creation tools, photography/video editing, and social media platforms

Familiar with WordPress
