Job Summary
Job ID 291566. Location: Summerville Campus, Augusta, GA. Full time, nine‑month renewable appointment with a 90% teaching and 10% service workload. Anticipated start August 2026. Position is not on a tenure track.

Responsibilities

Teach post‑production courses within the BFA in Digital and Visual Storytelling curriculum.

Teach a survey course in digital tools covering Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Contribute to departmental, college, and university service through committees and community engagement.

Required Qualifications

Master of Fine Arts in Film Production or Digital Media Production, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.

Evidence of teaching ability and capacity for scholarship and other duties.

Compliance with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges requirements.

Desirable personal qualities demonstrated in interview, biography, and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Academic year based: August through May. Full‑time equivalent 1.0. Salary commensurate with education, experience, and achievements, subject to availability of funds. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, sick leave, retirement plans, tuition waiver, wellness options, and more.
