Job Overview
The Digital Experience Marketing Leader will spearhead the creation of a modern and cohesive customer-facing brand experience across UPS Digital's Secure Commerce and Digital Solutions portfolio. This role is pivotal in developing a new digital channel and onboarding experience, managing the entire strategy, execution, and optimization of customer-facing websites and digital engagement platforms. Your efforts will ensure a digital-first approach that enhances brand consistency, attracts more customers, and optimizes site performance to unlock new revenue streams for UPS Digital.
Role Impact
This position is essential in driving the transformation of the UPS Digital brand. The leader will guarantee that our digital presence aligns with contemporary customer expectations, delivers seamless interaction pathways, and contributes to sustained traffic and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive design, development, and launch of a unified digital brand experience throughout the UPS Digital ecosystem.
Act as the primary liaison for managing external agencies and vendors, including creative partners.
Oversee and enhance the digital experience tech stack, including CMS, content personalization, Adobe Suite, and tools for Analytics and experimentation, ensuring customer experiences are modern and scalable.
Define and manage the digital communications strategy while overseeing all customer-facing web experiences, including content strategy, UX, navigation, and engagement pathways to support customer acquisition and ongoing engagement.
Drive significant growth in customer traffic across owned, earned, and paid channels, as well as through AEO and SEO strategies, enhancing onsite engagement.
Work collaboratively with Product, IT, UPS Brand, UPS Digital Experience, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure harmonious execution of digital initiatives.
Partner with the Marketing Operations team to create and maintain measurement frameworks that yield data-driven insights to enhance site performance, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Ensure alignment in creativity and messaging across all digital touchpoints for a consistent brand presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, UX, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience design, or online communications.
Demonstrated experience managing external digital agencies and technology vendors.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, digital performance analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
Strong ability to lead large-scale digital initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication and project management skills with a focus on relationship building.
This is a
hybrid
position requiring in-office presence at our Alpharetta, Georgia location three days a week.
