Position Overview
As the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in helping families explore options for their loved ones and providing detailed information about our innovative care solutions. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families by ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience with our company.

Position Responsibilities

Set performance expectations and benchmarks and provide sales guidance for community sales teams to ensure that budgeted occupancy is met and exceeded.

Train new Community Relations Directors and provide ongoing training for all.

Regularly measure the performance of sales teams through reports and identify areas and issues that impede sales.

Ensure community sales teams deploy strategies for sales and community outreach that address all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, as census requirements dictate.

Tour communities regularly to identify areas of improvement in the physical plant, operations, and pricing, and make recommendations to the leadership team to address.

Periodically attend community marketing events, audit sales calls, and other outreach efforts to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.

Work in alignment with the organization's Annual Events & Marketing Plan, supporting proactive planning of marketing needs, outreach, and tactics for all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Support the community executive director and sales teams in developing the annual sales/marketing budget.

Review and assess policies and processes that impact sales to move-in and look for opportunities to streamline and improve.

Stay abreast of industry sales and marketing trends that impact occupancy.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of direct Sales and Marketing experience.

Multi-site marketing and sales experience is a must.

Professional sales training is a must.

Experience managing a team of sales professionals.
