About Our Agency

I'm starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, I've built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team. I'm a graduate of University of Oregon with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together. Our office offers a 401(k), flexible work schedules for the right people, and a strong bonus program that rewards performance with both additional time off and significant earning potential. Role Description

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Forster - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
