High-Performing B2B Account Executive

We're looking for a high-performing B2B Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close. You'll work opportunities generated by our SDR/BDR teams and focus on running a disciplined, consultative sales process that drives predictable revenue. Our average deal size is ~$50K ARR within a fairly transactional sales cycle, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, value-driven environment.

The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience with uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE).
Responsibilities
Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams
Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques
Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively
Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression
Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding
Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
