Job Overview
Location: Must live in Shreveport, LA; Longview, TX; Tyler, TX; Gun Barrel City, TX areas.
This role drives consistent sales performance and brand integrity across a diverse retail territory, using coaching and localized marketing to bridge corporate targets and frontline execution.
Responsibilities
Exceed territory sales quotas by implementing data‑driven performance plans and conducting side‑by‑side selling sessions with retail representatives.
Enhance brand visibility and customer experience by enforcing brand standards and optimizing marketing campaign execution at every retail point.
Resolve customer and operational escalations promptly as the primary point of contact to maintain high levels of consumer satisfaction and partner trust.
Expand the retail footprint by identifying and securing new points of distribution using local market insights and real‑estate networks.
Improve store owner profitability by providing expert‑level business counseling and performance communication.
Optimize territory management efficiency by leveraging AI‑powered sales analytics to interpret market trends and prioritize high‑impact store visits.
Core Skills and Competencies
Critical experience in wireless retail sales and account management, driving revenue growth in high‑pressure environments.
Advanced sales coaching and relationship development, influencing store owners and frontline staff.
Strategic business planning and vendor/contract relationship management.
AI literacy: use predictive analytics, productivity tools to automate reporting and identify underperforming market segments.
Expert knowledge of mobile products and services, plus complex logistics and customer service problem solving.
Exceptional time management and prioritization to balance store visits, performance calls, and escalations.
Additional Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related work experience (or eight years post‑high school).
4 years of sales or account management experience.
Experience in wireless product or service sales.
Experience in training, relationship development, and planning.
Experience in contract or vendor relationship management.
Valid driver’s license and a clean three‑year driving history.
Compensation
Salary range: $49,200–$70,300 per year. Position includes a commission potential up to $20,000 above base salary.
