Demand Writer – Personal Injury Law Firm (Beverly Hills, CA)
A growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced demand writer to take ownership of drafting high-impact demand packages for injury cases. This is a full-time, senior-level writing role focused on turning medical records and client stories into persuasive legal narratives used in settlement negotiations.

What You’ll Do

Independently write detailed demand packages for personal injury cases (ranging from moderate to high-value claims)

Review and interpret complex medical records involving serious injuries (e.g., brain, spinal, orthopedic)

Interview clients to document how injuries have affected their daily life and long-term wellbeing

Work with attorneys to align demands with case strategy and legal arguments

Research medical conditions, treatment plans, prognosis, and supporting case law

Organize case files and ensure all documentation (records, bills, reports, evidence) is complete and well-structured

Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Support or mentor junior staff as needed

What They’re Looking For

2–4+ years of experience in demand writing, personal injury law, claims analysis, or legal/medical writing

Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear narratives

Solid understanding of personal injury demand structure (liability, damages, future losses, etc.)

Familiarity with medical terminology and injury types

Strong organization and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Professional communication skills for client interviews and team collaboration

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure

Passion for advocating for injured clients
