Rocklane is building a new model for GTM advisory. We help B2B companies build predictable growth systems through proven frameworks, senior operators, and an advisor network designed for modern revenue teams. We are now hiring a Founding AE to build our revenue engine from the ground up.


This role is for someone who thrives in early-stage environments. You will own pipeline creation. You will refine our ICP. You will craft our messaging. You will source and close high-ticket advisory engagements. You will build the outbound engine that fuels advisor utilization and recurring revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • New business acquisition across SMB, mid-market, and growth-stage B2B companies
  • Outbound strategy, messaging, and execution
  • Revenue generation for the Advisor Network
  • Consultative selling of GTM transformations and advisory programs
  • Sales process design, qualification, and forecasting
  • Partnership with the Founder to refine offers and pricing
  • Early-stage experimentation across outbound, referrals, and content-driven pipeline
  • Building our first sales playbooks and repeatable motions


SUCCESS CRITERIA


  • $150K–$250K per month in qualified pipeline by month six
  • 30+ new advisory or GTM system clients closed within the first year
  • A clear, repeatable outbound engine that scales
  • Advisors consistently routed into revenue opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Predictable reporting, forecasting, and deal management practices installed
  • Rocklane positioned as a premium GTM advisory brand with a strong sales motion


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • 5–10 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, advisory, consulting, professional services, or agencies
  • Strong background selling high-ticket services to founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline without SDR support
  • Experience building a sales motion from scratch
  • Consultative, strategic communicator who can sell thinking, not just deliverables
  • Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • A builder at heart who wants ownership, not just a quota
