Responsibilities include forging enduring customer relationships and proactively following up to ensure continued satisfaction. Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions. Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, and ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
