We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to own the accuracy, completeness, and execution-readiness of our deals. This role is central to our sales process—you'll coordinate cross-functional inputs, validate complex quotes, and deliver clean, audit-ready orders to Operations.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the primary quality gate between Sales and Operations, ensuring every deal is structurally sound before handoff

Validate pricing, margins, terms, and contract alignment across quotes and orders

Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics

Build and maintain standardized processes that reduce errors and accelerate deal velocity

Flag patterns in deal issues and recommend process improvements

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in sales operations, sales support, sales coordination, deal desk, order management, or a similar cross-functional coordination role

Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and Excel (including lookups, pivots, and data validation)

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders without dropping details

Experience identifying root causes of process breakdowns and implementing fixes

Clear, direct communication style—comfortable pushing back when something isn't right

Tech savvy - stays up to date on tools and technology relevant to the role

Ability to pass criminal background histories.

This is an in-office role based in Columbus, OH, working closely with the sales team and internal departments.

Nice to have:

Background in B2B sales environments

Familiarity with ERP systems

Experience documenting SOPs or training others on operational workflows
