Marketing Coordinator – Temp

Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Brand Manager and SVP with positioning, strategy, and execution of product lines.

Oversee day‑to‑day marketing duties for multiple product lines, including writing product copy for packaging, presentations, and the website.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal sales, retail meetings, and licensor meetings.

Compile and analyze sales data.

Set up and organize product details.

Organize and lead meetings.

Help prepare strategies for product lines.

Conduct competitive research and routine store checks.

Collaborate across departments to complete tasks, such as sample coordination for meetings and photoshoots.

Ensure products are on time, on cost, and on brand.

Work with operations to ensure product details are accurate and meet retailer requirements.

Prepare for toy fairs and meetings.

Take ownership of brands by managing line lists, directing design and development teams, communicating product changes, helping licensor approvals run smoothly, and ensuring products remain on track through production.

Update product sales tools, including price lists, brand decks, and presentations.

Assist with expenses and team supplies.

Conduct trend research and store checks to maintain competitiveness with other toy brands.

Experience in the toy industry or in an industry that markets to retailers such as Target or Wal‑Mart is a plus.

Strong organizational, self‑starter, and correspondence skills.
