Job Description
The Marketing Assistant / Video Creator / Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with staff, dealers, and contractors to perform the following responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form

video content

(social, training, testimonials, product demos).

Design

graphics

for print and digital (ads, flyers, brochures, email, web, trade show signage).

Assist in developing and executing

marketing campaigns , including social media, newsletters, and email sequences.

Organize and manage the

annual marketing calendar , including ad schedules, creative deadlines, and asset fulfillment.

Maintain and update

digital platforms

(website, YouTube, social media pages) to ensure brand and message consistency.

Create, catalog, and manage

photo/video libraries

to support efficient reuse across channels.

Support

product launches

with visuals, messaging, and go‑to‑market assets aligned to brand standards.

Engage with customers online and at events to collect content (stories, photos, testimonials) and ensure relevant, consistent messaging.

Candidate dependent: Travel overnight to

trade shows and training events

(sales support, creative materials, booth assets; occasional weekend travel required).

Collaborate with the rest of the ReproScan staff to provide sales, training and post‑sale customer service.

Proven

Background or strong interest in

agriculture , veterinary, or the animal health industry.

Maintain professional standards in attendance, punctuality, appearance, and health/safety compliance.

Strong

interpersonal skills ; able to collaborate across teams and with external partners and customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication

for internal and external audiences.

Ability to travel by car or plane, including overnight stays as needed (candidate dependent).

Physical ability to occasionally lift up to

50 pounds

and be on your feet for extended periods.

Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign/After Effects a plus). Familiarity with

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams ;

Salesforce

and basic website/CMS skills desired.

Previous experience is preferred.

Position Details

Position Type:

Full‑time, exempt

Work Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with extended hours when busy with occasional/potential overnight and weekend travel and events.

Salary:

to be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience; estimated range $40,000–$55,000.

Prior experience may allow for additional responsibilities and higher pay within or above this range.

Time Off:

Company‑designated holidays plus

40 hours of vacation

(prorated for partial years). Vacation must be used by December 31 and will not roll over.

Health Insurance:

Offered through US Health Advisors. The company contributes

$150 per month

toward the plan of your choosing (non‑transferable benefit).

1.5% employer match .

Work Location:

Primarily based at the

Winterset

office; all necessary tools will be provided.

Travel Policy:

Business‑approved travel expenses covered by the company.

Travel via company vehicle or personal vehicle (reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate) arranged case‑by‑case.
