We are seeking an experienced

Senior Expo

to join our high-energy restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences. 2 years of previous relevant experience is required!

As a Senior Expo, you will play a key leadership role during service-managing ticket flow, ensuring plate accuracy and presentation, and acting as a vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This position is expected to work most, if not all, peak volume shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Expedite food orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ensure all plates meet presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen

Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams during service

Manage order flow and pacing during high-volume shifts

Package takeout and delivery orders accurately

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Stock and organize expo station before, during, and after shifts

Support and mentor other expo team members as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant experience, high-volume environment preferred

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure

Passion for hospitality and teamwork
