HBSE’s Digital Products team provides best‑in‑class website and mobile application products to ensure our fans enjoy daily, exclusive content as well as a simple, intuitive way to purchase and manage tickets. Join our Digital Products team and you’ll be helping to raise the bar for our fans in the sports and entertainment industry!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and execute multiple website and mobile application digital initiatives across all HBSE brands with a focus on the Philadelphia 76ers
Contribute to the strategic development and execution of new website and mobile app features and functionalities
Manage and maintain project execution process with cross‑functional partners from intake, requirements gathering, obtaining creative assets and implementing to the website and mobile app while efficiently meeting deadlines
Pull and present data from all data platforms such as Google Analytics to provide the team insights for analysis and strategic decision making
Collaborate closely with Digital Products, Digital Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, Sponsorship and other cross‑functional teams to identify all digital needs to meet business goals
Execute web and mobile app content management efforts for day‑to‑day tactics including release articles, video, photos, content updates, push notifications, and more while ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives
Evaluate and ensure all web pages are optimized, mobile‑friendly, accessible and responsive across all devices
Participate in website and mobile app testing and launches
Troubleshoot and resolve any web and app content issues that arise
Champion the use of industry insights, brand style guidelines and digital best practices in delivering best‑in‑class digital platforms for our fans
Recognize that the sports and entertainment industry requires flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of website and mobile app experience with a diligent approach to content management and execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics is preferred
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communications skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team‑focused environment with diverse, cross‑functional teams
Ability to multi‑task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
Passion for staying up‑to‑date with website and mobile app trends and best practices
WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel requirements: May be required to travel occasionally (less than 25% of the time) including between HBSE’s various offices; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay.
Work environment: This position requires that work primarily be performed from the 76ers’ office in Camden, NJ.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $75,000/yearly. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position will be an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
