Position Overview
WSA NYC is seeking a highly experienced and creatively driven Graphic Designer to help elevate the visual identity across our portfolio of brands, hospitality concepts, events, wellness spaces, and creative initiatives.

This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape how the WSA brand ecosystem comes to life across every touchpoint — from digital campaigns and social storytelling to environmental graphics, printed collateral, partnerships, activations, merchandise, and in-space experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong experience in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, luxury, architecture, creative agencies, or experiential brands who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses a refined design sensibility with a strong point of view.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative execution across marketing campaigns, branded experiences, partnerships, events, retail concepts, and digital platforms

Design branded materials including presentations, social media assets, menus, signage, invitations, advertisements, websites, environmental graphics, merchandise, and print collateral

Maintain and evolve WSA NYC brand standards across multiple business verticals

Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, marketing, events, wellness, hospitality, and external creative partners

Support creative direction and production for launches, activations, exhibitions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns

Oversee in-space visual experiences including signage systems, branded installations, and guest-facing materials

Manage photography, creative assets, typography systems, and brand libraries

Prepare production-ready files for vendors, fabricators, installers, and external partners

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing timelines and deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

5–10 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, hospitality, experiential, retail, or lifestyle design work

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom

Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and storytelling

Experience designing across print, digital, environmental, and experiential formats

Photography, styling, motion graphics, web design, or content creation experience is a plus
