Territory Commercial Sales Manager

**Job Description:****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.,* Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures* Local travel required within your territory or state.* Perform other duties as assigned**********Qualifications and Education Requirements******* Previous sales experience required.* Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.* Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.* High School diploma or GED required.**Required Skills*** Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully* Regular and punctual attendance* Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service* Must possess valid driver's license and meet company driving standards (should be under Required)**********Preferred Skills******* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred* Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations
