Get Engaged Media is looking for a Paid Media Buyer who is passionate about performance marketing, paid social, and digital strategy. As a Paid Media Buyer, you will work as part of a cross‑functional team to develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for a variety of category‑leading clients across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
Build and execute top and mid‑funnel media strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget allocation to ensure efficiency and performance targets are met
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Present weekly performance updates and insights to clients in a clear, digestible, and confident manner
Collaborate closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful
Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, media buying trends, and evolving best practices across paid media channels
Become deeply familiar with client industries, audiences, and brand positioning in order to make informed strategic decisions
Proactively identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale results
Assist in troubleshooting and addressing campaign issues in real time as needed
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns
Proven experience with the following platforms:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
TikTok Ads Manager
Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, media strategy, and performance analytics
Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced team environment
Excellent communication and client‑facing presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Adaptable and calm under pressure in fast‑moving campaign environments
Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients toward innovative, high‑performing paid media strategies
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
