Acting as a connector across teams, this role ensures work is well set up, clearly guided, and ready for review — strengthening creative output while minimizing rework and misalignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative environments and structured thinking — and wants to play a meaningful role in how great work comes together.
Primary Functions:
Creative Enablement & Capability Building
Translate brand and creative strategy into clear, actionable guidance for teams and partners.
Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for creative tools, standards, and ways of working.

External Partner Coordination & Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with brand, creative, content, campaign, and global marketing teams to support aligned execution.
Support day-to-day coordination with freelancers and agencies, including onboarding, communication, and ensuring partners are set up with clear expectations and context.
Route work to appropriate external partners in alignment with creative leadership.
Help ensure alignment between global creative direction and local execution needs.
Brand Stewardship & Quality Support
Reinforce brand and creative guardrails while enabling speed and flexibility.
Ensure work is clearly set up at brief and kickoff stages to reduce rework and misalignment.
Translate brand expectations into clear, usable guidance for external partners and ensure alignment before final review.
Support governance processes in a way that maintains momentum rather than creating bottlenecks.
Feedback Organization & Review Support
Consolidate and organize feedback from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured guidance.
Ensuring feedback is complete, non-contradictory, and actionable before sharing with partners.
Support review cycles by gathering input and following up as needed.
Creative Distribution Support
Help ensure final creative assets are organized and accessible.
Support visibility of completed work so teams know what is available and how it can be used.
Knowledge and Skills:
3–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or marketing coordination roles
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
Experience supporting creative teams, studios, or agencies
Familiarity with creative process, asset management, and collaboration tools
Experience in matrixed or global organizations preferred
