flyADVANCED is seeking a

Director, Charter Sales & Operations

to lead and grow our charter operations, aircraft management, and charter sales efforts.
This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client and aircraft owner relationships, overseeing day-to-day charter operations, and ensuring a consistently high level of service and operational performance across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on aviation leader with experience in

Part 91 and Part 135 environments

who can balance operational oversight with business development, aircraft management growth, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
Lead and develop teams across Charter Operations, Charter Sales, and Aircraft Management
Drive charter revenue growth and support expansion of the managed aircraft fleet
Develop and execute short- and long-term operational and commercial strategies
Improve coordination and communication between Operations, Sales, Maintenance, and Client Services
Monitor and report on operational performance, profitability, client experience, and growth initiatives
Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, professionalism, and safety
Flight Operations & Operational Oversight
Oversee charter trip execution from initial request through completion
Support and strengthen Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and operational best practices
Coordinate closely with Maintenance regarding aircraft readiness, scheduling, and fleet availability
Ensure compliance with Part 135 operational requirements, company procedures, and documentation standards
Maintain audit readiness and reinforce SOP adherence throughout the operation
Support operational efficiency, scheduling optimization, and service consistency
Aircraft Management & Charter Sales
Identify and develop new charter and aircraft management opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, charter clients, and industry partners
Assist with pricing strategies, proposals, agreements, and contract negotiations
Represent flyADVANCED at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Partner with Marketing and leadership on lead generation and client outreach initiatives
Track sales pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and business development performance
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience within aviation operations, xsgimln charter sales, aircraft management, or related environments
Strong understanding of

Part 91 and Part 135 operations
Experience managing operational performance, budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
Experience with charter scheduling, CRM, and operational software platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Ability to make data-driven operational and business decisions
Strong client service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
Preferred Experience
10+ years of experience in charter operations, aircraft management, private aviation, or aviation leadership
Prior experience with a Part 135 operator or aircraft management company
Experience with charter sales, aircraft acquisitions, or owner services strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field preferred
