ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026 and has quickly grown into a team of six. My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 20122016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 20162026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams.

Im a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. Were very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
