We are seeking a talented, experienced, and onsite Front-end Developer to join our team at

Government Software Assurance Corporation

(GSA Corp). As a Front-end Developer, you will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web pages.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Implement best practices and standards to ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

Recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud based, and hybrid resources.

Stay on top of the latest cloud and data architecture resources as you prototype using multiple techniques and new technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Must have Progressive Web App development experience using Workbox.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Front-End frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, VueJS).

Experience with Git version control system.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Skills

C# and ASP.NET proficient.

Experience with SQL and RDBMS.

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and CosmosDB.

Experience with multiple operating systems, including Linux, Unix, and Windows

Experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience with deploying containerized microservices in a Kubernetes infrastructure, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm.

Experience working with Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal systems.
