We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support all retailer accounts with high-impact, on-brand creative across secondary displays, display updates, and retail advertising. This role is responsible for bringing retail moments to life—translating brand storytelling into compelling in-store and retailer-specific creative that drives visibility, conversion, and shelf presence.
The ideal candidate understands both brand design and retail execution, with the ability to work within retailer guidelines while elevating creative impact.
Key Responsibilities
Secondary Displays & Visual Merchandising
Design secondary displays, endcaps, PDQs, clip strips, and seasonal merchandising units across all retail accounts
Update and refresh existing display graphics for new launches, resets, and promotional moments
Prepare print-ready mechanical files according to retailer and vendor specifications
Partner with external display vendors to ensure production accuracy and quality control
Retail Advertising & Account-Specific Creative
Design retail ads for digital, in-store, and co-op marketing placements
Adapt brand campaigns to retailer-specific formats and guidelines
Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure messaging aligns with account strategies and launch priorities
Support retailer.com needs including banners, hero images, promotional assets, and content updates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Retail Sales to understand account priorities and timelines
Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all retail executions
Coordinate with Product Development to ensure new launches are visually supported on time
Manage multiple retailer timelines simultaneously and communicate status updates clearly
Production & Asset Management
Prepare final mechanicals and oversee print file preparation
Maintain organized asset libraries by retailer
Ensure all designs meet retailer compliance standards and specifications
Conduct quality checks on final proofs before production
Qualifications
2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, CPG, or retail marketing
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of print production and file setup
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Ability to balance creativity with retailer constraints
Experience working with major retailers (Ulta, Target, Walmart, Sephora, etc.) is a strong plus
Experience working with project management tools
Photo retouching and color correcting images
