Cinematic Content Producer (Video-First | Travel | Brand Growth)
Overview
We’re hiring a Cinematic Content Producer to create high-quality, documentary-style video content in the aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery space.
This is not a traditional videographer role.
You will be responsible for filming and editing cinematic interview-driven and behind-the-scenes content—while also thinking about how that content performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
The goal is not just to produce beautiful footage, but to create content that builds attention, credibility, and brand presence.
What You’ll Do
Film cinematic content including:
Sit-down interviews (well-lit, clean, professional setups)
Documentary-style event coverage
Behind-the-scenes content at courses, clinics, and live events
Set up and manage production environments:
Lighting (key/fill/backlight)
Audio (lavaliers, shotgun mics)
Camera composition and framing
Edit content with a strong focus on storytelling and performance:
Create narrative-driven interview cuts
Develop short-form content optimized for social platforms
Color correction and basic color grading
Clean audio mixing and pacing
Translate real-world moments into compelling content that captures attention
Move quickly—shoot, edit, and deliver content in a fast-paced environment
Travel frequently (U.S. + international) to capture content on-site
Who This Role Is For
Someone passionate about cinematic storytelling and filmmaking
Someone who also understands what performs on social media
Early in their career but highly driven and serious about improving fast
Comfortable working directly with leadership and taking ownership
Adaptable, reliable, and able to operate in fast-moving environments
What We’re Looking For
Experience filming and editing video (portfolio required)
Strong interest or experience in:
Interview-style content
Documentary or YouTube-style storytelling
Working knowledge of:
Lighting setups for interviews
Audio capture
Color correction and grading
Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Ability to travel frequently
Important: Read Before Applying
You should already have opinions on:
What makes an interview visually compelling
The difference between average content and premium content
What works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—and what doesn’t
This is not a role for someone who simply executes instructions.
You should be able to take an idea and turn it into finished content with minimal oversight.
Compensation
$60,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)
Travel expenses fully covered
Access to high-level events and industry leaders
Opportunity to rapidly grow your skills and portfolio
Why This Role Is Different
You’ll create content in a premium, high-growth medical space
You’ll travel and capture real, high-value moments—not staged shoots
You’ll work directly with decision-makers, not through layers of management
Your work will directly impact brand growth and visibility
