As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience while supporting advisor productivity and growth. This Relationship Manager role is designed for a detail-oriented, client-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of client service, money movement, and operational execution. What You’ll Do
Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships, delivering a professional and personalized experience
Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication
Support client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement and cash flow management, and suitability documentation
Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters
Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation
Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship management
Collaborate with advisors and office leadership to support operational capacity across teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services or client operations roles
High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong operational and administrative support skills with the ability to anticipate advisor and client needs
Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prioritize workflows, and maintain accuracy across multiple moving priorities
Series 65 registration or ability to obtain within a defined onboarding period
Desire to pursue the CFP designation
Willingness to work in an office environment 5 days/week
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferredFamiliarity with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms
