Purpose of the Role
ThreatModeler is seeking a highly organized, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals. This strategic role will collaborate closely with field sales, BDRs, marketing team members, and third-party vendors to deliver measurable ROI.
A primary focus in the first 100 days will be on driving new lead acquisition and pipeline acceleration by engaging audiences in the Americas and EMEA regions across webinars, virtual, and in-person events. This position requires someone who can influence cross-functional teams while balancing operational execution with strategic vision.
Responsibilities
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a quarterly field marketing plan in collaboration with field sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Event Management: Plan and execute 2–3 major trade shows per year and 1–2 third-party-hosted events per quarter, ensuring ROI through high-quality lead generation.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with BDRs and field sales teams to ensure leads are effectively followed up, nurtured, and converted into pipeline opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all field marketing investments.
Global Expansion: Drive global pipeline growth through targeted events across the Americas and EMEA regions.
Experience: 5+ years in field marketing for B2B Enterprise SaaS, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
Pipeline Planning: Demonstrated ability to build and execute plans to hit pipeline generation targets with a focus on positive ROI.
Event Expertise: Proven track record of managing trade shows, webinars, and in-person events, including logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing teams while working cross-functionally with sales, BDRs, marketing, and executive leadership.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills; comfortable measuring and presenting marketing performance metrics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.
