AVP, Cyber/Technology E&O (26000030)
Job Objectives
Underwrite both new and renewal Cyber, technology errors and omissions, privacy/security liability and miscellaneous E&O insurance business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate and underwrite Cyber liability risks
Analyze, evaluate and underwrite errors and omissions for Technology risks
Develop and manage broker relationships
Analyze potential clients and present evaluations at daily group discussions
Assist group in meeting monthly and annual production goals
Attend appropriate training sessions and conferences when deemed appropriate
Assist with special projects as needed under supervision of management
Responsible for developing new business production and broker relationships
Maintain existing broker relationships within assigned region
Manage more junior underwriters, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 year(s) of insurance industry experience required
Minimum of 5 years Cyber insurance experience required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Excellent marketing, negotiating and communication skills
Strong technical and marketing expertise
General computer and office suite skills
Willingness to travel
