Position
Campaign Insights Manager (Ad Sales Research Manager) to support an upcoming parental leave. Responsible for developing, executing, and delivering cross‑funnel campaign measurement across linear, digital, and social media, including key tentpole events.
Onsite Expectations
4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote.
Responsibilities
Use research tools, dashboards, and vendor data files to pull insights about campaign performance.
Create presentations that communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations in visually compelling formats.
Engage internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaign elements are measured, project milestones are adhered to, and results are delivered within deadlines.
Support the supervisor and the broader Impact team on key sales priorities and initiatives.
Manage, train, and motivate onboarding analysts.
Collaborate across the Insights & Measurement team to complete measurement projects and answer measurement questions from internal and/or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Four‑year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media, Math, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of three years in media research with a broadcast or cable network, digital entertainment company, advertising agency, media research provider, or data analytics firm.
Experience with syndicated and/or custom brand impact and attribution partners such as Kantar, Dynata, EDO, Marketcast, LiveRamp, Data Plus Math, iSpot, Circana, and others.
General understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem, with an emphasis on data management and tagging.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods that support internal objectives, including writing surveys, managing survey fielding, and analyzing banners & crosstabs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and expert-level Microsoft Excel (formatting, chart creation, pivot tables, and formulas); data processing skills a plus.
Proven data analysis, interpretation, and visualization skills.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be willing to work in the New York, NY office four days a week.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Desired Characteristics
Experience at a broadcast or cable network, advertising agency, movie studio, or primary research vendor/provider is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a deep interest in media, analytics, and/or marketing.
Story‑driven problem solver able to interpret and visualize data with client needs in mind.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Curious, resourceful, and motivated.
Open‑minded and able to incorporate feedback and learnings into future projects.
Additional Requirements
Hybrid: position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office at least four days per week (Monday–Thursday).
