What You’ll Do

Design high-impact Point of Sale Materials (POSM), including shelf-talkers, floor displays, end-cap displays, posters, and in-store signage

Interpret creative briefs and concepts, translating them into visually effective and on‑brand designs

Extend physical retail concepts into digital shopper assets, such as retailer‑specific banner ads, social media assets, and email campaigns

Apply a deep understanding of the shopper journey to create designs that guide, inspire, and convert customers at the precise moment of purchase

Maintain and evolve visual standards across all materials, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly followed while adapting to specific retailer environments, guidelines, templates, tools, and best practices

Experience working with Walmart Connect (WMC) Ad Center for the creation of onsite banner ads within the WMC Creative Hub from initial builds to submission approval

Familiar working with the tools in Amazon Brand Stores and the creation of page sections and tiles

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Partner with brand and project managers to translate strategic briefs into innovative visual stories

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality

Discontinuation of products on online retailers

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of design experience at an in‑house or advertising agency

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Art Director, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work

Ability to receive feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with digital design tools (Figma) is a plus

Knowledge of basic motion graphics, web design, or UX/UI principles is a plus (but not required)
