Potomac Place Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Community Relations & Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional first impressions, and supporting seniors and families through the admissions process. Serving as both a sales support professional and front desk concierge, this position plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and positive experience for residents, visitors, and prospective families.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Community Relations

Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families via phone, email, and walk-ins

Coordinate and assist with community tours and follow-up communication

Support the admissions and move‑in process

Maintain accurate prospect records within CRM systems

Assist with marketing events, outreach efforts, and occupancy initiatives

Build relationships with referral sources, families, and prospects

Concierge & Front Desk Operations

Greet residents, visitors, and guests professionally and warmly

Answer and direct incoming calls

Manage front desk operations, mail, packages, and visitor logs

Provide excellent customer service and support resident requests

Maintain a welcoming reception area and follow security procedures

Administrative Support

Prepare move‑in packets and admission documentation

Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings

Provide administrative support to community leadership

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, admissions, customer service, or sales

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred

Professional, compassionate, and customer‑focused demeanor
