Sales Operations Program Coordinator

Job Summary
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator supports Intuitive's sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. The role works cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Supports local market development events hosted by the sales and marketing teams, partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources and ensure event execution.

Assists in coordinating Intuitive's mobile system program to efficiently support sales events and marketing symposia.

Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third‑party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country.

Supports the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, preparation, problem‑solving, customer service, and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with a problem‑solving mindset.

Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve customer problems and secure approvals.

Computer proficiency: ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce.

Strong English language skills – clear written and verbal communication.

Ability to remain level‑headed and resilient while resolving conflict.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Occasional travel may be required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required; degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

2–4 years of relevant work experience.

Prior logistics experience a plus.

Proficiency with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau & SQL preferred).

Compensation
Base compensation ranges are $44,000 – $60,000 for Region 1 and $38,000 – $51,000 for Region 2.

Shift: Day. Workplace type: Onsite – this job is fully onsite.
