We’re looking for a relationship‑driven Account Executive to join our Automotive team—someone who thrives in the field, loves building client partnerships, and knows how to turn insights into growth.
This is a dealer‑facing, territory‑based role where success comes from being in front of customers, understanding their business, and delivering solutions that make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with automotive dealerships in your territory
Drive new business while expanding and retaining existing accounts
Meet with dealer decision‑makers face‑to‑face to uncover opportunities and solve challenges
Create strategic marketing solutions tailored to each client’s goalsManage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce
Partner with internal teams to deliver strong campaign results and long‑term client success
What Makes This Role Different
This is not an inside sales role. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting dealerships, building trust, and becoming a true business partner to your clients. If you prefer selling behind a screen—this isn’t it. If you love face‑to‑face selling and owning your territory—this is for you.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of sales experience (automotive experience strongly preferred)
Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills
Digital marketing/media sales experience is a plus
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
Proven ability to drive growth, retain business, and exceed goals
What We Offer
Compensation
The salary for this role will range between $65,000 and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may be applicable based on the role.
$65,000-$70,000 + uncapped commission
OTE: $95K+
Top performers earn $140K+
