The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the company and a dedicated portfolio of Consulting Group and Family Office clients. The RM brings deep, practitioner-level command of tax and financial strategy — and is expected to lead client engagements with both the relational fluency of a trusted advisor and the technical authority of a senior tax professional.
Required
7+ years of experience in tax, accounting, finance, or a closely related professional advisory discipline
Deep technical command of tax and financial concepts — including income tax, corporate and partnership taxation, trust and estate fundamentals, entity structuring, and wealth planning — with the judgment to apply them to complex client situations
Proven experience as a primary client relationship owner in a professional services, family office, private banking, or consulting environment
Strong background in trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, including working knowledge of trust documents and their application
Proficiency with tax research platforms (e.g., CCH, Bloomberg Tax) and the ability to apply authority accurately to specific client fact patterns
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build financial models and produce polished, client-ready materials
