Role Purpose
This manager-level role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of our pureplay, quick commerce, and marketplace eCommerce businesses. You will drive partnership and marketing across major platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats, and Amazon Fresh, and be accountable for the day-to-day partnership, retail media strategy, and overall channel performance against KPIs like share and underlying sales growth.

What We’re Looking For

Full ownership of marketplace and pureplay platform relationships

Full ownership of marketplace and pureplay platform performance and retail media investments

Support the JBP negotiations for quick commerce and pureplay partners

Manage investments across platforms and assess the P&L impacts of your investment strategy

Craft strategies to deliver against brand and retailer objectives and maximize growth in a rapidly expanding channel

Update leadership regularly on performance KPIs such as share and underlying sales growth

Regularly cascade learnings and results across relevant internal stakeholders

Pay
The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000, determined by factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus
This position is bonus eligible.
