This Position
As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming their trusted style confidante. The role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.
What You Will Do
Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe planning.
Showcase products differently based on whether a client is remote or in‑person.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and fleet‑wide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe planning goals.
Strategize your business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe planning, successful outreach, and technology usage.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
What You Will Bring
Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Background in styling, fashion, and fashion retail.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalency required.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range $10.00 – $25.00*. Compensation varies by geographic location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), basic life, supplemental life, disability insurance and a variety of voluntary benefits such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance.
