What You Will Do

Provide thought leadership in advertising strategy, aligning efforts across global marketing initiatives.

Analyze data to derive insights, identify new marketing opportunities, and understand audience behavior.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high‑quality content and campaigns for media and social channels, maintaining brand voice and representation.

Champion an inclusive environment, fostering psychological safety, upholding core values, and actively mitigating biases to promote diverse perspectives and learning.

Drive the development and implementation of innovative marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach.

Cultivate external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies for event planning, including contract negotiation, logistics, and speaker engagement.

Analyze, track, and report on campaign and project ROI using customer relationship management (CRM) or project management systems, focusing on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.

Collaborate with sales teams to maximize campaign impact and follow‑through.

Serve as a primary point of contact for medium‑scale media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies.

Engage and manage media agencies to optimize workflow and elevate media‑related initiatives.

Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business results, overseeing content and program development to enhance awareness and engagement across various media channels.

Develop, implement, and analyze creative social media content, social selling programs, and activation strategies, including measurement.

Contribute to comprehensive internal and external promotional plans, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams to maximize awareness and lead generation using digital tools.

Foster an inclusive environment in all interactions, role‑modeling and empowering inclusive behavior, providing constructive feedback, and acting as a change agent for diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis & synthesis.

Demonstrated creativity in marketing approaches.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior.

Experience in driving growth initiatives.

Skill in deal negotiation.

Proficiency in influencer marketing.

Expertise in social media strategy and execution.

Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Experience with media planning and strategy.

Strong project management skills.

Understanding of media placement.
